The Chicago office of PYR is seeking a talented Project Manager with 8 years of experience in Hospitality interior design work. This person will be capable of providing overall leadership and direction to the project, project team and client. Leads the preparation of the project approach and work plan, including goals, tasks, schedules, budgets, and contracts.
Other responsibilities will include direct/generate design ideas, direct and coordinate design consultants in all phases, generate and supervise design presentations, as well as maintain a positive relationship with the client. FF&E Designer
The Chicago office of PYR is seeking a talented FF&E Designer with 5 -7 years of experience in the creation of finishes and furnishings for hospitality design. This person will have experience in furnishing and finish selection, familiarity with hospitality vendors and suppliers. Knowledge of budgets and budget accountability, specifications, architecture drawings, schedules based on the scope of work, and interior FF&E budget for areas of a hotel.

Project Designer
The Chicago office of PYR is seeking a talented Project Designer with at least 6 years of experience in Hospitality interior design work. This person will direct the production of schematic and design development documents, develop design ideas and generate design presentations, as well as direct and coordinate design consultants in all phases.
Other responsibilities will include lead, organize and direct the project team as well as understand contractural responsibilities, e.g. scope, schedule and cost. We value employee development and also require that this position be able to mentor junior staff.
Senior Project Designer
The Chicago office of PYR is seeking talented Senior Interior Designers with at least 8+ years of experience in Hospitality interior design work. Strong design experience, excellent client leadership, and marketing presentation skills are necessary. This person must also be able to lead design teams and have previous experience with local markets. The ability to market and gain work is also required.
Other responsibilities will include client interaction, presentations, marketing, oversight of interior architecture and participation in setting strategy and direction for the interiors group.
